Conemaugh Valley had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They took their game with ease, bagging a 78-45 victory over the Penns Manor Comets. The win continues a trend for the Blue Jays in their matchups with the Comets: they've now won three in a row.

Jaylen Henry was a one-man wrecking crew as he posted 28 points along with seven boards and six steals. Those 28 points gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Lance Masser, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 14 rebounds.

Coincidentally, Conemaugh Valley and Penns Manor will both be playing Harmony Area the next time they take the court. The Blue Jays will host the Owls at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Comets will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
