Volleyball Recap: HEM Takes a Loss

HEM was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Guernsey-Sunrise Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, with their most recent defeat being a 2-0 loss two weeks ago.

HEM's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Guernsey-Sunrise, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.

HEM will take on Midwest at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Guernsey-Sunrise, they have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Rock River on the 27th.
