Preview: Inderkum Tigers vs. Antelope Titans
Inderkum is 8-2 against Antelope since February of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Inderkum Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Antelope Titans at 7:30 p.m. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Inderkum sitting on nine straight wins and Antelope on three.
Inderkum scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They secured a 106-101 W over Monterey Trail. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Meanwhile, Antelope made easy work of Roseville on Wednesday and carried off a 75-49 victory.
Inderkum pushed their record up to 20-6 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 90.5 points per game. As for Antelope, they now have a winning record of 14-13.
Inderkum took their win against Antelope in their previous matchup back in January by a conclusive 92-69. The rematch might be a little tougher for Inderkum since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
