Volleyball Recap: Wando Extends Winning Streak to Four

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Wando had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Summerville Green Wave. The victory was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on four straight.

Leading Wando to victory were Violet Poole and Lily Oscarsson. Poole had 14 digs and three assists, while Oscarsson had nine digs and one assist. With that strong performance, Poole is now averaging an impressive 10 digs per game.

Wando's win bumped their record up to 34-10. As for Summerville, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 12-10.

Looking ahead, Wando will challenge River Bluff on Tuesday. Summerville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
