Volleyball Game Preview: Joplin Eagles vs. Willard Tigers

Joplin is 1-9 against Willard since October of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Eagles will look to defend their home court against the Tigers at 4:30 p.m.

Joplin came up short against Carthage on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-19, 25-12.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Willard faced off against Neosho on Tuesday. The Tigers blew past the Wildcats 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-14, 25-21.

Joplin's defeat dropped their record down to 2-20-1. As for Willard, their victory bumped their record up to 17-7-2.
