Baker, Nwanebu star for winning teams.

Hebron (Carrollton) was so dominant in the playoffs that it didn't drop a set on its way to the title. Hebron beat The Woodlands in the final, 25-23, 25-17, 27-25.

"It is the most amazing feeling in the world," senior Rachel Buckley told The Dallas Morning News. "I've dreamed about this since I was 10 years old, and it is the best feeling I can ever say."

Hebron was dominant this season, but Lovejoy (Lucas) has been ruling the 3A ranks since 2008. Lovejoy beat Wimberley, 25-23, 21-25, 25-10, 25-18, to earn the title again. After losing the second set, Lovejoy rolled to a 17-3 lead in the third set to kill Wimberley's momentum.
