North Boone had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Harvard Hornets with a sharp 11-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Vikings, who have now won 17 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

North Boone pushed their record up to 25-4 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for Harvard, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 16 of their last 17 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-20 record this season.

North Boone will challenge Rock Falls at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Vikings are facing the Rockets at the right time seeing as the Rockets are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Harvard, they will take on Genoa-Kingston at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Cogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.83 runs per game on average), something the Hornets will no doubt try to take advantage of.
