It's playoff time, and Saint Andrew had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the St. John Paul II Academy Eagles by a score of 4-1 on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for the Scots as they're now sitting on five straight.

The team relied heavily on Luccas Mendez, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high.

Saint Andrew's pushed their record up to 21-6 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for St. John Paul II Academy, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 20-11-1.
