Brookline had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Thursday. They blew past the Walpole Timberwolves 3-0. The Warriors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Timberwolves, too.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Brookline was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-13, 25-14.

Mia Jones had a dynamite game, getting 16 digs and three aces.

Jones wasn't the only good servers: Brookline was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in ten consecutive matches dating back to last season.

Brookline's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Walpole, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
