Basketball Recap: Conway Springs Takes a Loss

Conway Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 61-45 to the Halstead Dragons. The Cardinals were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Dragons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2017.

Conway Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Halstead, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Conway Springs is headed away from home for the first time to take on Caldwell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Halstead, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Marion at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
