Benilde-St. Margaret put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down the Chanhassen Storm 80-63. Given the Red Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked first, while the Storm are ranked 114th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Benilde-St. Margaret's pushed their record up to 10-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Chanhassen, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Benilde-St. Margaret's will be playing in front of their home fans against Waconia at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Waconia knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Benilde-St. Margaret's likes a good challenge. Chanhassen has already played their next game, an 84-72 victory against Mound-Westonka on the 18th.
