Meanwhile, Pueblo Centennial played a tough game on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 56-18 loss at the hands of Pueblo County. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-7.

Pueblo Centennial's defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Alamosa, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 8-4.
