Football Recap: Rylan Coffigny Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Lower Cape May

Gloucester City's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Rylan Coffigny, who rushed for 50 yards and one TD. What's more, Coffigny racked up 29 receiving yards, the most he's had since back in September of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of William Rodgers, who rushed for 67 yards and one touchdown.

Gloucester City's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Lower Cape May, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Gloucester City and Lower Cape May will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Lions are set to square off against their familiar foe Paul VI at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Lower Cape May will take on rival Middle Township at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
