Volleyball Recap: Mountain Grove Comes Up Short

The Mountain Grove Panthers came up short against the Ellington Whippets on Saturday and fell 2-0. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Mountain Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10-1. As for Ellington, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-3-1 record this season.

Mountain Grove wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Mansfield on the 4th. As for Ellington, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Dora on the 4th.
