Basketball Game Preview: Port St. Lucie Jaguars vs. Sebastian River Sharks

Port St. Lucie is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Monday. They will host the Sebastian River Sharks at 6:30 p.m.

Port St. Lucie is headed into the contest having just suffered their closest defeat since January 10th on Friday. They fell just short of Tradition Prep by a score of 53-51. The loss put an end to the Jaguars' undefeated start to the season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sebastian River). They claimed a resounding 68-29 win over Calvary Chapel Academy. The victory was nothing new for the Sharks as they're now sitting on three straight.

Sebastian River's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Port St. Lucie, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
