Basketball Recap: Palmer Comes Up Short

Palmer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 46-13 loss at the hands of the West Tallahatchie Choctaws. The matchup marked the Dragons' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Palmer's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for West Tallahatchie, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Palmer and Coahoma County will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest, having both just played. West Tallahatchie and Cleveland Central will round out the year against one another at 6:00 p.m. on the 26th.
