Baseball Game Preview: Simpson Broncos vs. Converse Wildcats

The Simpson Broncos will venture away from home to challenge the Converse Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Simpson barely beat St. Joseph's - Plaucheville the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Broncos blew past the Eagles 13-5 on Monday. The win was familiar territory for the Broncos, who have now won three games in a row.

Meanwhile, Converse made easy work of North Webster on Monday and carried off a 15-4 victory.

Converse's win bumped their record up to 18-10. As for Simpson, their victory bumped their record up to 8-9-1.

Everything went Simpson's way against Converse in their previous meeting back in March of 2016, as Simpson made off with a 14-2 win. Will the Broncos repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
