Basketball Recap: Greenon Takes a Loss

After flying high against Triad last Tuesday, Greenon came back down to earth. The Greenon Knights came up short against the Cedarville Indians on Friday, falling 62-38. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Greenon's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Cedarville, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-4 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greenon and Tecumseh will round out the year against one another at at 1:30 p.m. on December 28th. As for Cedarville, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Madison Plains at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
