Scott is 8-2 against Woodward since December of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Bulldogs will head out to square off against the Polar Bears at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Scott is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Maumee Valley Country Day on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Bulldogs might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 72-21 to the Hawks, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-13.

Gucci Pope put forth a good effort for the losing side as he posted eight points.

Woodward kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 45-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of Monroe.

Scott didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Woodward in their previous matchup back in January, but they still walked away with a 54-48 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
