Softball Recap: Lisbon Central's Undefeated Season over After Nine Games

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lisbon Central can now relate to. They lost 11-2 to the Stillwater Warriors on Wednesday. The game marked the Golden Knights' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Lisbon Central saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rylea Kelley, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Having lost for the first time this season, Lisbon Central fell to 8-1. As for Stillwater, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Lisbon Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Stillwater, they will take on Ticonderoga on Saturday. The Sentinels will roll in looking for their 17th straight victory, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight.
