Baseball Recap: St. John's Northwestern Military Academy Lancers vs. University School of Milwaukee Wildcats
St. John's Northwestern Military Academy had lost six straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped their record down to 1-5 to make it seven. They came up short against the University School of Milwaukee Wildcats, falling 13-6. The Lancers were not able to make up for their loss to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.
St. John's Northwestern Military Academy saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was David Schroettner, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI. Connor McDonald also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Looking ahead, St. John's Northwestern Military Academy will take on St. Anthony at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Lancers are facing the Roman Legion at the right time seeing as the Roman Legion are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for University School of Milwaukee, they will challenge Catholic Memorial at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Crusaders have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.88 runs per game on average), something the Wildcats will no doubt try to take advantage of.
