Volleyball Recap: Heritage Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Heritage can now relate to. They came up short against the Highland Park Scots on Friday, falling 3-0.

Ryleigh Montgomery paced Heritage's offense, picking up eight kills. Montgomery got some help from Emree Reinhardt and her 14 assists.

Heritage's defeat dropped their record down to 19-17. As for Highland Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won 18 of their last 19 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 38-8 record this season.

Heritage does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Highland Park, they will challenge Melissa at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
