Volleyball Game Preview: Reagan Raiders vs. Chapel Hill Tigers

The Reagan Raiders will square off against the Chapel Hill Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Reagan comes in on three and Chapel Hill on four.

Reagan is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Millbrook.

Reagan had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 25-18, 25-14, 25-23.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Chapel Hill took on Carrboro two weeks ago. The Tigers put the hurt on the Jaguars with a sharp 3-0 win.

While Chapel Hill won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-12, 25-22.

Chapel Hill pushed their record up to 14-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Reagan, their win bumped their record up to 19-8.
