Basketball Recap: South Bend Career Academy Takes a Loss

South Bend Career Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 65-34 loss at the hands of the Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trailblazers of the 81-53 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2023.

South Bend Career Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Plymouth, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Bend Career Academy will venture away from home to face off against Glenn at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Plymouth, they will head out to square off against Rochester at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rochester is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.9 points per game this season.
