Grundy County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Middle Tennessee Monarchs, the victory snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 10-13 record.

Looking ahead, Grundy County will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Huntland at 4:30 p.m. As for Middle Tennessee Monarchs, they will take on Shelbyville Central at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday.
