Volleyball Game Preview: Blackduck Drakes vs. Cass Lake-Bena Panthers

The Blackduck Drakes will square off against the Cass Lake-Bena Panthers at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Cass Lake-Bena took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Blackduck, who comes in off a win.

On Monday, Blackduck made easy work of Red Lake County Central and carried off a 3-0 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Drakes have posted against the Mustangs since September 10, 2018.

Meanwhile, Cass Lake-Bena was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Pine River-Backus, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Panthers have suffered since September 11th.

Blackduck's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Cass Lake-Bena, their loss dropped their record down to 2-17.
