Soccer Recap: Weir Comes Up Short

After flying high against Oak Glen last Tuesday, Weir came back down to earth. The Red Riders fell just short of the Williamstown Yellowjackets by a score of 3-2 on Monday.

Noah Lamasters and Micah Hvizdack scored both of Weir's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

Weir now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Williamstown, they pushed their record up to 15-4 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

As of now, neither Weir nor the Yellowjackets have any future games scheduled.
