Soccer Recap: Seneca Find Success

Seneca proved they can win big on Friday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the South Pointe Stallions 7-6. It was an even better day for Bri Morel as she scored three goals for her team.

Seneca has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 35 goals over those seven contests. As for South Pointe, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-5.

Coming up, Seneca will challenge A.C. Flora at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Seneca's defense better be ready for this one: A.C. Flora have averaged an impressive 4.9 goals per game this season. South Pointe does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
