Basketball Game Preview: Patoka Warriors vs. Webber Trojans

Patoka and Webber are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2016, but not for long. The Patoka Warriors just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Webber Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Monday, Patoka lost to Martinsville on the road by a 47-32 margin.

Meanwhile, Webber had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 70-63.

Webber's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 24-5. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.2 points over those games. As for Patoka, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-16.

Patoka was taken down by Webber 66-33 in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Webber's Nathaniel Marlow, who posted 40 points. Now that Patoka knows the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
