Aynor waltzed into their game on Wednesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Marlboro County Bulldogs. The result was nothing new for the Blue Jackets, who have now won 14 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Aynor pushed their record up to 21-2 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.4 runs on average over those games. As for Marlboro County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 15 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-18 record this season.
