Basketball Recap: Mount Judea Takes a Loss

Mount Judea was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 10-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lead Hill Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 283rd, while the Tigers are ranked 137th).

Mount Judea's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Lead Hill, they moved to 17-12 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mount Judea will face off against Kingston at 6:30 p.m. on January 21st. As for Lead Hill, they will square off against Alpena at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
