Soccer Game Preview: Hilldale vs. Bethany

The Hilldale Hornets will challenge the Bethany Bronchos on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Hilldale sitting on 17 straight wins and Bethany on four.

Hilldale is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Clinton 2-1. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Hilldale were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Bethany was able to grind out a solid win over Skiatook on Thursday, taking the game 3-1.

Hilldale pushed their record up to 18-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 42 goals over those nine matchups. As for Bethany, their victory bumped their record up to 13-5.
