Basketball Recap: Grundy Comes Up Short

Grundy was the 55-45 winner over Graham when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Grundy Golden Wave lost to the Graham G-Men on the road by a 59-40 margin on Friday. The Golden Wave were down 50-26 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Grundy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Graham, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Grundy will take on Lebanon in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Graham and Princeton will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
