Football Recap: McKean Takes a Loss

McKean and Seaford squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but McKean had to settle for second. They were dealt a 41-0 loss at the hands of the Bluejays. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Highlanders haven't been shut out since back in September.

Brendan West continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Seaford, rushing for 130 yards and three scores on only 15 carries. That's the most rushing touchdowns West has posted since back in August. Another player making a difference was Vince Evans III, who rushed for 43 yards and one touchdown.

McKean has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season. As for Seaford, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1.

As of now, neither McKean nor the Bluejays have any future games scheduled.
