Basketball Game Preview: West Broward Bobcats vs. Miramar Patriots + How To Watch

West Broward is 2-8 against Miramar since November of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Bobcats are taking a road trip to take on the Patriots at 7:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

It was a proper cat-fight when West Broward duked it out with Coconut Creek on Tuesday. The Bobcats simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Cougars 74-39. The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Miramar). They took their matchup on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 72-39 victory over Somerset Academy Key. The Patriots have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 25 points or more this season.

West Broward now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Miramar, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.

West Broward ended up a good deal behind Miramar in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, losing 64-49. Can the Bobcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
