Football Recap: Plymouth Whitemarsh Skates Past Hatboro-Horsham with Ease

Plymouth Whitemarsh won the last time they faced Hatboro-Horsham and things went their way on Friday too. The Colonials claimed a resounding 42-9 win over the Hatters. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-3.

Plymouth Whitemarsh was led to victory by Michael Giangiulio and Cole Reilly. Giangiulio rushed for 167 yards and two scores on only eight carries, while Reilly threw for 81 yards and three TDs. Those three passing touchdowns gave Reilly a new career-high. Plymouth Whitemarsh's leading receiver Chase Felgoise was Reilly's top target yet again, picking up 40 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Plymouth Whitemarsh was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 244 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 183 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Plymouth Whitemarsh didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Michael Bongard and Alexander Kriebel.

The victory got Plymouth Whitemarsh back to even at 3-3. As for Hatboro-Horsham, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
