The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.6 runs over those games. As for Llano, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-17.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Jim Ned beat the Yellowjackets by a score of 13-0 on Saturday.
