Football Recap: Radnor Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After soaring to 40 points the game before, Radnor was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They took a blow against the Strath Haven Panthers, falling 56-6. The Raptors were not able to make up for their loss to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Strath Haven got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Landon Barlow out in front who rushed for 111 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. Yousif Ali was another key rusher, rushing for 88 yards and a pair of scores on only seven carries.

Radnor's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-2. As for Strath Haven, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Radnor will venture away from home to challenge Ridley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders' defense has only allowed 10.5 points per game this season, so the Raptors' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Strath Haven, they are taking a road trip to face off against Haverford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Panthers 3.2, the Fords 8.5) so any points scored will be well earned.
