Ripley and Dyer County are an even 4-4 against one another since March of 2015, but likely not for long. The Tigers will square off against the Choctaws at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

It was a proper cat-fight when Ripley took on Brighton on Thursday. The Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cardinals.

Meanwhile, Dyer County has been on a difficult stretch since their win on March 11. They lost 3-0 to Milan last Tuesday.

Dyer County's loss dropped their record down to 1-5-2. As for Ripley, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1.

Ripley beat Dyer County by a goal in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
