Football Recap: Bastrop Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Bastrop was the 40-14 winner over Booker T. Washington-Shreveport when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The match between the Rams and the Lions didn't end well, with the Rams falling 28-12.

Devion Stewart looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 195 yards and two touchdowns. Dk Mitchell did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 83 receiving yards.

Bastrop's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Booker T. Washington-Shreveport, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Bastrop will challenge Rayville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Booker T. Washington-Shreveport, they will take on Green Oaks at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
