Soccer Recap: Wilcox Starts Season with Victory on the Road

Wilcox had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the Lynbrook Vikings 5-0 on Wednesday.

Wilcox hit Lynbrook with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Armando Rodriguez (2), Kennan Hrnajadovic, Jhoan (Richar) Gallego, and Jacob Aguirre.

Lynbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Wilcox wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 5-1 win against Prospect on the 7th. Lynbrook has also already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against KIPP San Jose Collegiate on the 7th.
