Soccer Recap: Waskom Comes Up Short

Waskom was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They fell 4-2 to the Gladewater Bears. The match was a 2-2 toss-up at halftime, but the Wildcats couldn't quite close it out.

Waskom's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Gladewater, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 5-4-3 record this season.
