Volleyball Recap: Workman's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pomona, Workman was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Edgewood Lions as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Lobos as it spelled an end to their four-match losing streak.

Workman's victory bumped their record up to 2-10. As for Edgewood, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Workman will challenge rival Ganesha at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Edgewood is set to take on their familiar foe Bassett at 4:45 p.m. on Friday.
