Selma proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by ten) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Tulare Western Mustangs, sneaking past 6-4. The victory was just business as usual for the Bears, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Audreena Duron made a splash no matter where she played. She tossed four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. Duron was also big at the plate, scoring a run while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jayleen Sisavanh, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
