Baseball Recap: Minster's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

Minster suffered their biggest loss since May 22, 2024 on Friday. They lost 8-2 to the Memorial Roughriders. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their defeat to the Roughriders from their previous meeting back in April of 2023.

Minster's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-4. As for Memorial, their victory bumped their record up to 10-6.

Minster and Memorial should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. The Wildcats (ranked 69th) will meet Celina (ranked 340th) at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Memorial will face off against Kenton at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday with a big rank advantage (170 vs. 605).
