Basketball Game Preview: Kingsbury Falcons vs. Memphis East Mustangs

Kingsbury hasn't had much luck against Memphis East recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Kingsbury Falcons will look to defend their home court against the Memphis East Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Kingsbury is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Friday. They had to suffer through a 69-18 loss at the hands of Whitehaven. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 318th, while the Tigers are ranked 113th).

The losing side was boosted by Camarie Leake, who posted six points.

Meanwhile, Memphis East didn't have quite enough to beat White Station on Friday and fell 49-47.

Kingsbury's loss dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Memphis East, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-6.

Kingsbury took a serious blow against Memphis East when the teams last played back in January, falling 66-15. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point Kingsbury was down 41-10.
