Basketball Recap: North Lamar Snags Fifth Victory in Last Six Games

North Lamar picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They wrapped up 2024 with a 57-42 win over the New Diana Eagles.

North Lamar has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.2 points per game. As for New Diana, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-8.

North Lamar has already played their next game, a 55-44 victory against Rivercrest on the 28th. As for New Diana, they will head out on the road to challenge Pittsburg at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
