Soccer Recap: Sheridan Takes a Loss

Sheridan lost against Jefferson back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rams lost 6-1 to the Saints. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Sheridan were already down 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Josue Zuniga, who's now up to two this season.

Sheridan is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5. As for Jefferson, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-3-1.

Sheridan wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Englewood on the 22nd. As for Jefferson, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-2 draw against Bennett on the 19th.
