Soccer Recap: McClintock Comes Up Short

McClintock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Metro Tech Knights. That's two games in a row now that the Chargers have lost by just one goal.

McClintock's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Metro Tech, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

McClintock does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Metro Tech, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Carl Hayden Community on the 7th.
