Meanwhile, Clarksville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Rock Creek Academy.

The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-5, 25-15.

Clarksville's loss dropped their record down to 2-21. As for Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 20-8.

Christian Academy took their win against Clarksville in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
